Broken rod tip
Penn combo very good quality, but parcel come with broken rod tip.

Unfortunately the rod was broken and I am still trying to get this settled

A nice and versatile travel combo.
Well worth the price to have a travel outfit. Nice case that protects the rod very well. The Battle IV is a nice solid reel, and it came with an extra spool. I’ll be putting monofilament on one and braid on the other, making for adaptation to what’s needed for wherever you are fishing. The rod does not have the most consistent bend to it, but that’s the price you pay for having a portable three piece rod with two ferrules. I definitely recommend this outfit for it’s portability. It cost $15 more than reel alone. $15 for a case, three-piece rod, and extra spool was a bargain.
