I’ve always really liked these. I just finally started buying them on Amazon because of convenience. I also enjoy being able to buy them in bulk so that helps a lot too. The flavor is amazing. The energy level is great. Overall, a really good product. It does get really sticky so beware of that but it is a honey gel pack so. And all the people that say, these are not good. They are very good. It’s just probably not as sweet as they’re hoping them to be, but the flavor is amazing on them. It’s not gonna taste exactly like a salted caramel latte, but it does have a caramel taste to it and I love that.

I have used honey stinger products in the past such as the waffle bites and enjoy them. But these honey stinger salted caramel latte gel packs taste terrible. Extremely bitter, no caramel flavor, I could barely finish the pack on my run. I have used these type of gel pack from various companies in various flavors and this is by far the worst I have ever had. The only good thing is I think the consistency of the gel is good and the energy from it was fine if you can stand the awful taste. Spend a little more money and enjoy the taste and experience that other companies gels give you. Do yourself a favor and buy a different flavor.

The taste is bland. I used it before a treadmill run, so I was able to chase it with a sip of pre-workout. I would not want to consume it during a long run outdoors. I awarded 3 stars because it does achieve its "energy" producing purpose, but the taste...not good.

I’ve recently started endurance training and as my distance has increased I’ve decided to give gels a try. Gave these a go after a 5 mile run and towards my 6th mile I could definitely feel an increase in energy, I was picking up my pace. Unfortunately I had to cut my run short but I finished a 10k strong. Deducted a star because the taste is decent but has a bitter after taste that if taking without drinking something can be quite off putting. Will likely try different gels mainly due to the taste, but for the price, I highly recommend if you’re just getting into gels like myself! Also, the package arrived busted open at the bottom, I didn’t deduct a star for that, just noting that it happened

Needed these for the extra vitamins and energy. Well , they had good flavor and gave good energy , but they had something in them that my body did not agree with.
