If nightime is when you get the most problem then it would make sense to wear it at night, but I would not want to wear it night and day as you could end up weakening your wrist further. I wear mine for gardening only and it helps tremendously. As your need is different to mine, If you feel you need it all the time best to consult a doctor to be sure it is ok.

Can this be worn whilst Swimming

This is made of a neoprene type material (similar to wetsuits) so could be worn whilst swimming I reckon.
