I ingested this once a day for 2 weeks, made me super itchy. Maybe you’re only supposed to use topically, but was itchy then too. Just a head’s up on my experience.

Be Cautious I applied on abdominal area . mix the dosage amount with Cast and put it on my abdomen because I have some fibroids and cyst that I’m trying to get rid of and I heard that this is really good for however I’ve never used Poke root before it took no time for it to absorb and I thought they were something wrong because I started feeling a tingling sensation in my lips so I want you to be cautious when using this I would not ingest this even though it says on the bottle you can. I will be cautious and not even use the full amount when adding it with Castro oil until my body gets used to it. I will try to come back and give an update once I know more about my fibroids and cyst I’m hoping that this will be effective. I do not want to have to have surgery. Also, the only complete that I have is that it is very fine print I had to take a picture with my phone to blow it up in order for me to read the instructions so just keep that in mind as well.

I was new to Poke Root and did my research before trying it. This tincture is potent, so I only take a 1 dropper as recommended. Even at low doses, it’s incredibly effective. Quality product that I’ll continue to use.

This product seriously helps the lymphatic system. Three days in of use and I started seeing a difference in the swelling of my face, arms, stomach and legs. It was subtle changes at first. By the time I finished the bottle the changes were huge. I am on my second bottle and this product will now be a huge part of my day to day routine. Well worth it! Packaged well.
