Q: Just finishing up a engine replace and this part does not fit my vehicle even though it is listed to. 2 days past the return time. Any help ?

Contact Amazon and tell them they sent the wrong part. They will probably work with you if you are that close to the return date. What vehicle are you trying to install this on?

Yes, the one I purchased did come with a rubber pan gasket, but the listing didn't specify that it was included.

Q: does it come with the gasket?

Yes. Comes with the three gaskets that you need to install - the two orange gaskets for the tubes, and a rubber gasket for the pan. Didn't use the pan gasket as my '09 Ford has a semi-permanent one.
