Dios Mio Coffee by Sofia Vergara, Medium Roast, Ground Premium Colombian Coffee, 12 Ounce Bag

I've been buying Folger's Colombian coffee for many years, but it's gotten so expensive, (from tariffs or climate). I thought I'd try a different Colombian. So I tried this Dios Mio. Though it's a bit costly, I can use less per pot so it's probably the same cost in the end. The taste is so good, full-bodied and smooth. I do miss the Folgers right now, so this Sophia Vergara is an excellent tide-me-over until prices calm down.

One of the best coffee available. Its the "NONBETTA" in the vernacular. If you like expresso coffee give this a try.

While it tastes great, the grind is incredibly fine, almost an espresso grind. As a result, at most, I can only brew 1/2 pot of coffee at a time. The plume created when water hits the grounds causes so much expansion that the brew basket overflows. If I were to do it over again, I would go with whole bean if available to assure the proper grind for a drip coffee maker. Funny, because I use a Coffee Ninja...the exact model Sophia Vergara endorsed a few years back.
