I hate to give a glowing review because I figure this is a new product priced to gain market share and as soon as they get established they will get priced out of my range. But, fair is fair. My wife and I just started making our flavored coffees at home because we got a milk frother and this is our best "sauce" yet. We have tried Monin and Torano (sp?) and although we liked all of them, this is the best; and it was the best value. We got the pump to go with it because it was also priced cheaper that the competition and it works like a champ. Excellent metering of the sauce and not one single drip onto the counter after pumping in the cup. I was attracted to this one after doing a search on Amazon because of the wholesome looking ingredient list and I am not disappointed. I minutely examined every word on the bottle and it didn't say Refrigerate after Opening so it has sat on our counter for a couple of weeks and tastes just as good today as it did in the first Mocha we made. Guess I will stock up before the price heads North once the reviews start rolling in. Good job Hollander!

Love the flavor

I have tried a number of white chocolate sauces but Hollander is by far the best. I use it in my coffee every morning. The Ghirardelli and Torani are also good but is thin and it takes a lot to taste it in your coffee. Torani and Ghirardelli is fine if you are using it as a topping. The Hollander white chocolate is thick and require half of the amount use in my coffee when compared to the other brands.

Not only is the flavor on this syrup just excellent; nutty, smooth, sweet; it's very few ingredients (unlike some *$$ and other chocolate brands), pure, and takes just 2 pumps for my morning at-home venti. We subscribed to monthly delivery because we can't do without! 🤣

Love this companies sauces. Trying a new sauce and I know I'm going to love it, but there's a problem. The last 3 sauces I've gotten from this company, the pumps are a huge issue. Ordered an extra sauce cause one of the pumps was to small for the bottle and it didn't work. Now I have a sauce in cabinet without a pump. So I bought another box of sauce. This time the pump didn't pump. Bought another box of sauce, so now I have a box on top of a box in my pantry. Now today is my 3rd bottle of sauce and this time I got no pump. So now I have 3 extra sauces in my pantry and not a single pump. No idea how to get more pumps, but a couple of them would definitely be helpful! I have enough sauces to service a gas station now..... but no pumps. Sigh

Have tried other brands and keep coming back to this

The ingredients are simple enough with out a ton of crap in it Like some of the other so called white “chocolate” sauces Which are really just a bunch of fillers and sugar. This one actually has cocoa butter in it and has a really Nice texture and flavor. The problem is it tastes just like tons Of sugar with a barely discernible hint of chocolate flavor. I’m looking for a pure white Chocolate sauce that really wows you. However this is a good option though over the others with just too Much junk in the ingredients...

I make my own espresso mochas at home. I was buying Fontana but it’s so much more expensive. I tried this and I actually like it much more. It’s not as sugary sweet but you still get the white chocolate flavor. I’ve probably purchased at least 5 of these so far and it’s been wonderful. I totally recommend if you like making white chocolate mochas.

Tastes more caramel than white chocolate

Comes leaking half the time
