MealZyme - Digestive Enzyme Supplement - 8 Plant Based Complex with Bromelain, Betain HCL, Amylase, Protease, Lipase, Papain and Peppermint for Fast Indigestion and Bloating Relief - 90 Vegan Capsules

I have been taking MealZyme - Digestive Enzyme Supplements for a short while now, alongside betaine HCL, after each meal. While it's still early in my usage, I do believe that these supplements are making a positive difference in my digestion. The 6 vegan plant-based complex of enzymes, including bromelain, betaine HCL, amylase, protease, lipase, papain, and peppermint, work together to provide relief from indigestion and bloating. I find the capsules easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any adverse effects from taking them. Although it's too soon to make a definitive conclusion, I am optimistic about the potential benefits these digestive enzyme supplements can offer for my digestive health. Definitely worth trying for improving your digestive health if you haven't done so already.

I've been suffering with IBS since 2013. Symptoms include, cramps, diarrhoea, intolerance to many foods including dairy, gluten, etc. Now after many years, I came across these and some probiotics (Specifically Nutravita Bio Cultures complex available on Amazon). I take 2 of these capsules as well as 2 of the probiotics and my stomach has been in the best state in years. I can finally tolerate bread, dairy and many other things. Must try people its life changing. I no longer get cramps.

These tablets really do the trick. They don’t cause reflux and definitely settle the stomach. I was very disappointed with the horrible plastic packaging, plastic lid and cheap branding stickers. They need to desperately work on some new packaging ideas. Glass jar with metal lid perhaps?

I absolutely love these enzymes. Partially because they help my digest which makes me feel full longer. But also because of the herb and spice extracts in them as well. I have IBS and they help my stomach a good bit. They taste a bit weird due to the spices but after all you take the pill and swallow it not chew it so the taste doesn't linger and is gone quickly. I don't mind that though, after all it's what I bought them for. Hence, I'm perfectly happy with the product.

These caps are brilliant! I eat a high fibre/fruit/veg diet, more of a 10 a day rather than 5 a day. I am also a runner. I no longer have unwanted stops on a run, if you get my drift. ;-) I am hopeful that I now absorbing my nutrients better as well.

I haven't personally noticed a difference but I might need to take them more consistently.

I have experimented with lots of brands before finding this treasure. Have shared with friends who had all sorts of gut intolerances - especially difficult when travelling and not fully in control of their diet - we are unanimous, these just work. Full spectrum plus some lovely soothing herbs. Highly recommend.

Ordered to help with my problems with bloating and wind due to the fact I drink protein shakes. Seems to be helping but still early days. Overall I'm happy with the product.
