This brace was perfect after acl surgery! I got it on sale and it is big and the Velcro is strong. One of the straps actually ripped off because the Velcro was so strong. It wrapped perfectly around the knee and stayed cold for a long time. You can use the velvet side or the other size if you want it colder. Would definitely buy again.

I’m very impressed with the AiricePac Ice Pack for Knee Pain Relief. It fits comfortably around the knee, stays in place well, and provides great coverage without being bulky or awkward. It gets plenty cold and stays cold long enough to really help with soreness, swelling, and discomfort. The material feels durable and well made, and it’s much more convenient than trying to balance a regular ice pack on your knee. Very comfortable, easy to use, and definitely something I’d recommend to anyone dealing with knee pain or recovering from a long day on their feet.

I like the product, but I wish it would stay cold for much longer. It is comfortable, easy to put on, doesnt burn the skin and will stay cold for a solid 10 mins. If thats cool, go for it!!!

I’m very happy with this XXL ice pack wrap. The size is one of its biggest advantages because it provides much more coverage than a standard small gel ice pack. Being able to wrap it around a large portion of the knee makes it much more convenient than trying to hold a small pack in place. The wrap-around design is especially useful because it helps keep the ice pack positioned where I need it while allowing me to relax. I don't have to constantly hold it against my knee or worry as much about it sliding away. The adjustable design also makes it easier to get a comfortable fit. The gel pack itself is flexible enough to conform around the knee rather than staying completely flat. That makes a noticeable difference when you're trying to cover the front and sides of the knee area. The large size also means I don't have to keep repositioning a smaller pack to cover different areas. I like that it's reusable as well. After use, it can be placed back in the freezer so it's ready when needed again. This is much more convenient and economical than constantly purchasing disposable cold packs. The construction feels substantial, and the wrap is easy to put on and remove. The hands-free design is probably my favorite feature because it allows me to sit comfortably and still have the ice pack in place. A towel does not seem to be needed as the surface that goes on the knee, as already soft and padded....does not feel like an ice pack, but still provides the benefit of one! The XXL size is worth considering if you want broader coverage rather than a small, targeted ice pack. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing, use, and skin protection. Overall, this has been a very convenient reusable ice pack. The large size, wrap-around design, adjustable fit, and reusable gel make it a practical option for anyone looking for a hands-free cold pack for the knee area. It’s simple to use, easy to store, and provides much better coverage than many traditional ice packs. I am also glad this comes as a pair...for my use, i only need one at a time, so one is freezing and one is in use, so always ready!

I injured my foot at work, and a coworker had this in the freezer, so I tried it. I liked it so much that I bought one for myself. Pros: 1. The shape is great because it makes it much more versatile than a typical ice pack. The straps allow it to fit around just about any extremity joint, and because they're so long, it can also work for your shoulder or even your back (depending on your build). 2. Long-lasting cold. On my foot, it stays cold for about 1.5 hours, which I think is very reasonable. Cons: 1. Sometimes the long straps can be a little annoying because the Velcro sticks to itself while you're trying to wrap it around. I solved that by folding the Velcro end of the strap back on itself twice before wrapping it. Once the ice pack is in place, I unfold it once and fasten it like normal. 2. It can take a while to get cold (the manufacturer recommends about 4 hours), but I think the tradeoff is worth it because it stays cold for so long once it is frozen.

Amazing product! I bought it because sometimes my right knee gets sore after exercise and it works fantastically! Well I decided to get hernia repair surgery because it was bothering me as well AND THIS PAD HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER WOW! fits my belly area perfectly and I can use the bands to keep it in place while walking around lightly as instructed by my doctor :) I put a thin towel on my belly then the ice pack on top and it feels heavenly. BUY IT BUY IT NOW!

So outside is nylon , inside ( up against my knee) is a plush and comfy but doesnt get cold enough. So i use nylon side against knee cuz significantly colder but not as comfy. Other than that they seem well made. Not bad for price. I guess if u want really cold and comfy gonna probably cost double the price and would receive 4 stars from me

Icepack works well on the knee. The elastic & velcro straps holds it in place and allows you to tighten it to the desired pressure. It stays cold pretty well although we haven't used it longer than 30 minutes at a time, then back into the freezer for the next use.

I ordered 2 pieces of the dark blue ice pack but received only 1 dark blue pack and a smaller light blue one. The bigger dark blue ice pack is as described. It covers a big area and the 2 straps give good compression. The smaller light blue ice pack doesn’t cover much area and has only 1 strap. So, it covers less area and gives less compression. Not so effective.
