I am exceptionally pleased with the design and function of this Chefman everything warmer warming tray. It looks sleek and performs beautifully.Amusingly, the box features an origami-style design that opens completely flat to 180 degrees. What I originally wanted was a simple warming plate for personal use. This specific pack includes an extra, non-standalone extension plate. While that is great if you need to enlarge your serving area, it is a bit excessive for individual daily use. I was looking for something sold separately but to no avail.Compared to roll-up silicone warming mats, this main tray is much better suited for personal dining. There are no funny smell when the unit is turned on. The size is great. Heat is even.The unit reminds me of a high-quality hot plate. (I wouldn't recommend cooking on it because it is design for warming and a true hot plate heat ranges goes much higher) I was highly impressed by its safety engineering. The entire glass surface gets hot, but the edges, handles, and bottom remain completely cool. You don’t have to worry about accidentally burning yourself if you bump the sides, nor do you need to worry about the heat damaging your counter-top or table. The heat feel even and at the time of writing this review, the only glass warming tray using graphene. Graphene provides near-instant, perfectly uniform heat using a fraction of the power required by traditional wire coils.At first, I thought the lowest setting (170°F) might be too hot, but to my surprise, it keeps food at the decent temperature. For a test, I fit four 3-cup rectangular Pyrex glass dishes onto the tray. Three contained food, and one contained room-temperature water. After an hour on the lowest setting, the three food containers were perfectly warm to the touch—like dishes fresh out of a hot dishwasher cycle. Amazingly, the container with the water remained cool and completely safe to handle and 1/4 of the glass plate was not too hot to touch. Note that depending on the container, size and medium, it may take a little longer to fully warm up a liquid medium. I also think that the surface heating can be different depending on what medium is placed on top that having a universal low-med-high heat is simple. Plus how can a digital temperature tell you that part of your surface is 100 degrees and the other parts are a different temperature? I do wish it has a better on/off and temperature level indicator.The glass surface is beautiful and easy to clean, but it is also slippery when you place glassware on top. I placed a silicone baking mat on top of the tray. It fits like a charm! The baking mat prevents my glassware from sliding around and keeps the glass surface completely scratch-free. As a major bonus, the mat slightly dangles over the long edges, protecting the side power connectors from any accidental food or liquid drops. Baking mat also helps keep food warm.Overall, I love this warming tray and enjoy it immensely.

I use this every weekend when im hosting and it’s honestly been amazing. The size is perfect to fit a bunch of dishes at once and it looks really nice on the counter or buffet. It heats up fast and then I just keep it on low and everything stays warm for hours without burning. Super easy to clean too, I just wipe it down after. The handles stay cool which is nice when moving it around. Such a lifesaver for parties and holidays, I dont know how I hosted without it before.

The warming tray works really well. It kept the Christmas dinner sides and gravy warm throughout the entire meal.There’s no real installation other than putting it on the breakfast bar and plugging it in. We were able to put six containers on the tray to keep warm.After use and cooling down it’s just a lightly damp cloth to wipe up any spills.Thinking of buying another one for the gazebo.

Kept food hot- no heat underneath.Large and looks nice!

I purchased the Chefman Electric Warming Tray in preparation for an upcoming holiday party. To test it out beforehand, I used it for the first time tonight, and overall, I'm pleased with its performance.The tray is sleek, stylish, and incredibly easy to use, making it a great addition to any buffet setup. The large 21” x 16” glass-top surface is perfect for keeping multiple dishes warm simultaneously. When I set it to the max temperature, it kept everything perfectly heated—lids came off with visible steam, showing it maintained the food at an ideal serving temperature.However, I’m giving it four stars because the temperature gauge lacks markings to indicate specific heat levels. This made it impossible to know precisely how hot the surface was, so I defaulted to the max setting to ensure my dishes stayed warm.Despite this minor flaw, I’m confident it will serve me well during my party. Its modern design complements any decor, and the functionality is exactly what I need for entertaining. If the temperature control were clearer, it would be a five-star product.
