Does it feel like a rubber ball or an actual sandbag/slime feeling?

Hello - The inside of the stress ball is TRP gel which is fully covered in fabric. So while the inside gel is slimy, you will not feel it on the outside. Hope this helps. Please contact us if you have any additional questions. - Natasha from Serenilite

Are these available in larger sizes? I'm looking for something 2.75 to 3 inches.

Unfortunately, we currently only sell our tridensity stress ball bundle in one size which is 6 cm or 2.4 inches. We are working on introducing larger size stress balls in the near future.

Can these be disinfected?

Not really, the outer surface is a synthetic material but the inner material is unknown. This may cause the Stress Balls to become soft/defective if thrown into a washing machine or even hand washed. You could potentially spray a washrag with 409/disinfectant and wipe them down however without causing any damage to their surface or inner materials.
