Update! This case has earned the nickname BRICK in my home. 🤣 Ive had this case for nearly a year now and it’s still going strong. I love their products and refer them often. My brother who was deployed overseas bought one for himself and loves it too. The capability of being charged all day is elite. Still happy with my purchase and will continue buying more when upgrading phones. :::: I’ve used Zerolemon battery chargers for years now. The first one I had lasted nearly 5 years and I use my phone A LOT. Just purchased this one for my new iPhone and while it is thick and bulky, I prioritize battery over that and am very satisfied. I used my phones as gps, music player and web browsing during a 10 hour drive and only used the battery case the entirety of the drive and I was at 100% when we arrived home. Excellent quality and would def recommend to those that need extra battery! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible case/charger. Stopped charging the phone and case together I have to take the phone out to charge and then charge the case separately. Plastic frame also broke from dropping phone. Case is so heavy and large it makes drops more extreme. I would not recommend this case

I had a zero lemon case back when I had a 13 pro max. Worked great and they even replaced it once under warranty without questions. I ended up buying an alpatronix when I got my 16 pro max since it wasn’t as bulky. It didn’t last a few months before it stopped being able to charge my phone. Decided to go back to zero lemon because of prior experience. These do not seem to be made as well as they used to. First case got returned in under a week because it would not charge past 2 lights and the seal on the box was broken indicating I possibly got someone else’s return. Replacement started off better but the thin plastic inner frame broke in 3 days after a fall barely 2’ off the ground. It felt pretty cheap and thin compared to the older version I had and they used to include a 2nd frame in the box which they no longer do. It also started having issues charging past 2 lights. This one is going back tomorrow and I’ll be looking for something new. I’m fine spending more if that means better quality and comparable mha.

The ZEROLEMON Battery Case for iPhone 16 Pro Max has been an outstanding addition to my daily tech gear. The extended battery life is phenomenal, keeping my phone powered throughout intense days of use. I love how fast the 18W charging works; it saves so much time when I'm in a hurry. The case itself offers excellent protection, which is essential given how often I drop my phone. It fits snugly and doesn’t interfere with any of the phone’s functions, which is a big plus. While it's on the heavier side, the convenience it provides is worth it. This case truly enhances my iPhone experience by leaps and bounds.

Ordered this for myhusband and he loved it. It’s a good sturdy case.

Missing vital features. No qi/wireless charging. No data connection/charging only, so you must remove the case to connect to your computer or connect a microphone. I never could get it to fit properly 100%. Always a corner exposed or one side not sealed. Love the 10,000 mAh battery but not enough to tolerate a list of shortcomings. Fail.

After purchasing many cases from ZeroLemon, it pains me to give the 16Pro Max case a bad review. But, there is a first time for everything, so here goes Purchased the case late Friday, case arrived Sunday morning. Separated the frame from the battery case. Slid the phone onto the USB connecter, then tried to put the frame back on. This is where the problems started. The dimensions of the frame are a bit off. With the phone connected, the frame does not sit flush with the bottom part of the case. I did manage to squeeze the frame onto the lower part of the case. This was a mistake. The fragile plastic could not handle the stress of the phone. Eventually the frame cracked right along the top of the case. (see first pic) Keep in mind, I have had this case less than 8 hours!!! So I broke off a piece of the fram. Now the remaining plastic fits flush with the bottom of the case (see second pic) ZeroLemon has always had great customer service. This time was no different. Sent them an email with the photos you see. Looks like they are aware of the problem. See ZeroLemons' response: "We can send you a new frame for the 16 pro max battery case, don't worry. The new frame cuts off the upper part, and it releases the top camera part, so it should fit the phone better." ZeroLemon will send two modified frames I'm not happy that the case cannot be fast charged, has no passthrough and has no MagSafe support. Why the company did this is beyond me. Still, I love the proection it gives to the phone, and the extra weight and bulk does not bother me. Still a loyal customer, albeit a concerned one. Only reason they get three stars is because of the quick response and actions of ZeroLemons' customer service
