Best thing for my overemotional intellectually, disabled daughter. Other moms in our group are using it with their kids as well and find it amazing. You can buy the ingredients of this separately and they do not work, but there’s something about the ingredients combined with chewing that does something that helps calm these kids down wonderful product.!!!

I like the taste. It comes with a lot of gum, and it definitely helps with the vitamins and relaxation.

I did like the Focus gum for flavor and chewing experience, however, I really want the Relax gum. Unfortunately, I have ordered the Relax product twice and received the Focus product. I called Amazon but there isn't anything they can do to ensure that I receive the correct product. But I did like the Focus gum and am hoping to try the Relax gum.

Wow. I’m usually skeptical of stuff like this but , I normally come home from music rehearsal pretty wired up and have a hard time calming my mind for sleep . So I had a few pieces of this gum along with my calming herbal tea and it really did the trick . It Also doesn’t upset my stomach like other sugar free mint flavored gum often does .
