Buy Vital Salveo Arthritis Fingerless Gloves for Women & Men, Compression Support for Hand Pain Relief, Carpal Tunnel, Typing, Gaming & Daily Use (Pair)-S/M-Dark Grey on desertcart.com โ FREE SHIPPING on qualified orders Review: Vital Salveo Fingerless Recovery Gloves-Great for Keyboarding - I purchaed these gloves because I have arthritis in both my hands. I spend a lot of time on the computer doing data entry. These gloves make my hands feel so much better. The compression holds my hands firmly. They keep my palms warm and fit quite well. The price for these gloves is quite reasonable. Review: Warm and well made - My office in the basement is very cold in the winter. I can tough it out for the most part - electric blanket and a hoodie - but my hands would freeze. I tried a pair of compression gloves last year but they made my hands ache from slightly too much compression. I have been using these for a few weeks and they are much better for all day wear. The fingers are nicely sewn on the ends to prevent fraying and the material is soft and warm. They are fingerless so don't expect them to be as warm as full finger gloves. They do make the cold much more bearable. These gloves fit the same coming out of the laundry with minimal shrinkage, if any. I like that they come up higher on the wrist and don't feel like they will come off. Typing is very easy as they only come to the first knuckle on me. The sizing was accurate and they fit well. I would reorder in the future.

Seem like good quality, on the snug side but not too tight, fairly warm
I bought these to keep my hands warm while I work (mostly computer work!). I didn't realize when i bought them that they were 'compression' gloves. I was worried about them cutting off my circulation. I would say they aren't too too tight but they are definitely snug. And I think because of that they don't keep my fingers as warm as I had hoped. But they are good to work in if that's what you're buying them for. They do smell nice. I've only been wearing them on and off for about 2 weeks now.

Wash First! Good For Offices, Computer Use, Layering
So, I've bought two pairs of these now. The first pair got a hole, largely because I'm a wheelchair user and the wheels did the expected damage. First, I highly recommend you wash these when you get them. My skin has a reaction within a few minutes and will peel if I don't wash them first. Once I wash it and scrape out the paper backing from the emblem bit, they're good to go. That's why the Comfort is rated at 4/5 stars. I get needing to wash first, but not because of an allergic reaction. My skin is also weirdly fussy over these things. Second, these are not wheelchair gloves, but they do work well for light duty. I will layer these in the winter under winter gloves too. As I wear them out, the finger bit will roll up under tighter winter gloves, unfortunately, but they're still great for the office. You can also finagle them back into the right shape underneath, usually. I was also recently diagnosed with Raynaud's phenomenon which these gloves will seriously help treat. There's JUST enough compression and warmth to help me not be in pain when my circulation drops. These gloves have actually kept me going on flare up days when my hands got achey and cold.

Great Gloves!
These are great finger-less gloves. I bought the S/M pair (my size was 7.5"). They fit great on my hands and wrist (nicely snug and comfortable), have no loose seams, and they aren't too short or too long. The seams in between the fingers are also well done. No holes. My index finger is almost 2.5" and my middle is 2 3/4". I can comfortably type and text. The glove fits on my wrist long enough that I can put a long sleeve over or under it if I want to. I have worn them outside under 45 degrees (cloudy weather) for a couple hours and my hands were decently warm when active. I intend to use these with a cashier job when allowed; I'm by a constantly open door... it's very cold. These will definitely keep my hands and fingers warm! Both gloves are the same size- even if they were just a bit off, they're stretchy enough. I love these! I'd buy them again.

Halfway decent half-finger gloves -- but sizing is peculiar
Update part 1: At first I (like some other reviewers) thought that the fingers were simply chopped off. But while it's true that there's no folded-over hem (which would make the edge of the fingers too thick for comfort), they do seem to have been properly knitted off, so that after three years of almost-daily use in the cooler half of the year, they haven't unraveled at all. (A few of the fingers have had a tail-end of yard sticking out all along, which I keep meaning to work into the fabric with a needle.) As of December 2025, they're still holding up very well. Update part 2: There may be a good reason why the seller recommends these gloves for "all day" use. I wore them overnight a few times recently because my hands were cold, and twice woke with a sore hand. I had apparently been clenching my fist in my sleep and/or lying on top of that hand. In any case, the edges of the glove had dug into my flesh, leaving very painful creases that took a day or two to fully disappear. After realizing that the first time hadn't been a fluke, I ordered Go Athletic's wrist gaiters (in medium), which have a looser fit and no fingers at all, and so far have caused me no trouble at night. They're very soft and smooth, but they're not quite as warm as the half-fingers. UPDATE December 2025: I still use the gaiters at night, but prefer these Vital Salveo half-finger gloves for daytime use, either under my big gloves for extra warmth or on their own to keep my hands warm while typing. Original review: I wasn't looking for compression gloves as such, just some stretchy half-finger gloves that weren't loose on my hands. My hands measure a little over 7 inches, near the top of the small/medium range, so I ordered one pair of small/medium and one large, to see which was the best fit. Oops! I just now noticed that the sizing diagram is different from what I'm used to -- they want you to measure around your hand at the base of the thumb, rather than around the knuckles. So at 8 inches, I'm definitely on their borderline. Both pairs came today, and I'm glad I ordered different colors, because I'd have a bit of trouble telling them apart otherwise. The most obvious difference is that the cuff on the large pair is around an inch longer, so they'd keep my wrists warmer. The hand parts looks to be the same size when laid flat, one atop the other. If there's any difference in how the two sizes feel when worn, it's minimal (except for the length of the cuff). I just had a very similar experience with two sizes of the same sweatpants -- exactly the same size/shape top part, but the legs on the large were four inches longer than the legs on the medium. Those were made in China, and these gloves are made next door in Taiwan, so there may be some cultural misunderstanding at work (like "all Americans are the same diameter, but some are taller than others"?). I can definitely feel a difference in texture between the two colors. The dark gray is somewhat silky, softer than the light gray, which is more scratchy -- presumably the rayon in the dark vs the cotton in the light. (The dark is nevertheless just a bit scratchy, though.) Fortunately I got the large in dark gray, so silkier plus longer cuff wins! (By the way, this Add a Review box sure could use an "undo" button. This is the second time that a nearly completed review has evaporated, presumably because I hit a wrong key. Poof! All gone!)

Great Gloves
This gloves fit as advertised. They feel good, no pinching between the fingers. Quality looks good. I don't expect them to last forever, but I'm sure I will get many years use out of them. I live in Minnesota so going outside for short periods of time with these on is great. They keep my hands warm and I can still operate my smart phone or computer keyboard with ease. Big fingerless thumbs up! 2/15/18 Well here we are a year later and I can say that the gloves have held up incredibly well considering the abuse I've put them through. I've had a few snags (my fault) and just snipped them off, washed them many times and they are still in great shape. I've found that they work well as liner too, they are thin enough, I can wear them in my ski gloves. To be honest I wear them around the house a great deal too. Trust me you can't go wrong.

Works well, but might come apart soon
They fit well and aren't uncomfortable to wear all day with a few breaks. Occasionally I'll want to take them off due to them boring stripey marks into my wrists, but I feel that way with all compression items after wearing them a while. I can't even wear my carpal tunnel brace to bed without throwing it off in the night half the time. These gloves keep my fingers toasty and the tight weave makes it easy to type for work and use a gaming controller with dexterity. I have noticed that there seems to be some fraying between the index and thumb. It's not much to worry about, it's likely just a "me" problem because I use an ergonomic "sideways" mouse for work which can put some wear on that area. I also use them to hold controllers and too much gaming is what got me the wrist-ouchies in the first place so its safe to say my use is a bit excessive. I've had them a few months already though and got a lot of use out of them so these should last the average person a decent amount of time.
