Total worth every penny and would buy again and will be buying more for my other tents due to the fact it’s super easy to set up and connect everything together! And you can run everything through the Spider Farmer App which makes it a VERY VERSATILE AND VALUABLE asset to any grow tent or room. Rj12 cords and connectors are included and the directions are very easy to read and understand.Everything included is a very key asset to any grow tent/room/operation every sensor from soil meter to light and inline fan installations this Power strip is just all around 5 stars!!! 10/10

I have decided to go with Spider farm so everything plugs and lays an overall pretty happy. This controller lets me go full automation which is great for balancing heat and humidity and watering which really helps especially if you want to go away for a few days. So far spider farm has not disappointed! Just need the dehumidifier to complete my setup but my regular house one has to work for now. Unless spider farm wants to donate to the cause!

This controller has been fantastic and flexible for multiple grows, wish I had it from the start. Spiderfarmer continues to update the app with more functions and has provided top tier customer support whenever an issue arose.

This product hit the price point, covered all the control features I needed, and was a quick easy solution to get up and running fast to start seeds in the grow tent for the spring plant. I run six 4 foot LED grow lights in a 7X5X3 VIvosun grow tent with 5 shelves, one 350 W steam humidifier (used GW $4.00) and A small PTC heater ( used GW $2.00), a Spider Farme oscillating fan and inline ducted fan. All 10 outlets are populated. Set was easy but the instruction are minimalist at best and required more fiddling around and figuring out than expected in a well developed system. I've only been running for 3 weeks now and the system is capable of holding the temperature and humidity close enough. I did not rate this unit at 5 start as I have only been using it for three weeks and the phone app is more basic than I would like. I would like to be able to rename the outlets to match there application, heater, humidifier, lights, etc, Oline WiKi manual would be great. More functions on the graph, currently all there is, is the temp, humidity and VPD that's all that you get. I would like to to see a graph track for each outlet. Data granularity is in 5 minute buckets which seems a bit long for a control system, I would like to see options to select sampling rates from 1 to 5 minutes. best of luck I have had good luck with Spider Farmer products.

The gear is hit-or-miss, but Spider Farmer's customer service is terrible by design. When one of their products failed in normal use after about six months (well within warranty), I did everything a reasonable customer should do: detailed emails, photos, and a clear A/B comparison showing their part was the only thing causing the problem. Their response? A script. They insisted they would not even consider a solution unless I tore down my now-working setup, reinstalled the faulty part, and filmed a video recreating the failure for them. They explicitly said this is their “established process” and they cannot make exceptions. That isn’t support, it’s bureaucracy. If a company would rather hide behind a rigid rule than stand behind its products—even for a repeat customer who’s spent serious money with them—that’s a brand I’m done with.

We continuously having problems with it, but it does everything. I’d like it to do if it would continue to work. First problem I ran into is that the sensors tend towards a lot of static on the lines so the readings go from max to min. Just kind of bounce off the rails. The humidity sensor stops working at humidity above 90%. Considering I’m trying to use this for mycelium’s. This is no good. If I take it out of the box after a couple of days, it dries out and reads properly, but it can’t seem to handle high humidity. The graphic software is a fantastic idea, but its execution is clunky. And hard to use. I keep wanting to get this running better because it does do all the things I want to do but sometimes it works great but I continuously have problems with it.
