The upstairs area measures 830mm x 1720mm and is complete with timber balustrade. Measuring 2390 x 1790mm overall this playhouse will give many years of enjoyment. The four windows are safety glazed and the door has a full length piano hinge to avoid trapped fingers; the playhouse is CE approved. The loft is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm shiplap Tongue and Groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC northern European pine. The playhouse comes with a base coat applied ready for you to complete with your own top coat; if you can decide on a colour!
