I have receiver in the canal (essentially large BTE) hearing aids and the tubing tool didn't work well for my aids. The tube cleaner wire thing was way too short to actually clean the tubes. The wax cleaners did a decent job unless wax was impacted in the aid. The issue I had with this kit was that all tools were stuck on the actual unit itself so I couldn't remove one and use it. That made it awkward for me to use any of the little tools since the others got in the way. I used the kit a few times then it disappeared in the abyss of my house. It did help with any wax that was near the surface of my receivers. I didn't need the battery helpers but they are always good to have.This would have been better if the option were there to remove the little tools from the base but it's still a good little set of tools for most hearing aids. Mine just required a longer tube cleaner. The price was good though and the other tools do seem to work pretty well. It's a handy little gadget to have on hand if you wear hearing aids and want to maintain them yourself or to use in between cleanings at the audiologist's.

I have used 4 of these devices over a 10 year period to maintain 3 different sets of aides and ear molds. I buy 2 at a time; one to carry and one to keep at home. In the early days when I had battery operated aides I always carried my spare batteries as well as having the magnet to remove and replace the batteries into the aides. The other tools are very convenient and get into all the crevices of the molders and keep the surfaces of the aides free of debris. It is nice to have everything in one small pocket package so you do not have to constantly search for batteries or the correct tool you need to keep your hearing Adel in tip top shape between visits to you audiologist!

The tools work quite well, for the most part. However, the tool I need most is a small brush which is long enough to push through the "vent hole" in my Oticon hearing aids in order to remove the wax which accumulates there. The longest tool in the Ezy Dose is a very lightweight filament which doesn't do the job for me -- it is not stiff enough and it is too slim to push accumulated wax through the hole. I ended up having to add a set of dental brushes (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MZ57SY9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). These work really well, but I was disappointed that I had to supplement the Ezy Dose with another tool.

I've been wearing hearing aids for 15 years. I got my current behind the ear hearing aids 5 years ago. I didn't know anything about maintenance of the them until I was on Amazon looking for hearing aid batteries and this little kit popped up. As soon as I purchased it I understood the importance of keeping them clean. This kit has definitely kept me from running back and forth to my audiologist to help get the wax out of the hearing aid. I still have to go in and have my ear wax removed (apparently a common problem with hearing aid users--the wax builds up in the ear from wearing them for most hours of the day. It's a great kit. It doesn't eliminate the need to se the audiologist but you may not have to go as frequently.

This is such a great little tool kit. My father (age 91) has in-ear hearing aids and due to a stroke/dementia is unable to care for them. I didn't really know much about what I needed other than I needed something to remove the ear wax. Since this was inexpensive, I thought I would try it and if it didn't work well I wasn't out much money. It works wonderfully and after a year, I am still using it. It looks just like it did when I bought it. One of the biggest benefits is that it is so small and light. I carry it in my purse all the time since I have learned from previous experience, I never know when I am going to need to use it (emergency trips to the hospital, etc). I just bought a second one for the nurse's station to have so they can clean his hearing aids if necessary. Great little kit.

I purchased this one as a spare. I got the first one at W/mart but they quit carrying them. The price I paid for this one, including shipping, was nearly the same as the first one. I believe CVS & Walgreens carry similar items but at greater prices. It is a very handy gadget for cleaning your hearing aids...all of the tools needed plus it has a magnetic pickup tool to help in battery replacement. One tip for cleaning...after removing the hearing aid from the ear for cleaning, first remove the battery and then allow the hearing aid and the accumulated wax (on it / in it) to cool down. The wax will harden up a little and make its' removal easier. If you can safely do so...it would also be a good time to clean the inner part of your ear with a q-tip...go slow, be very careful and don't go too deeply into the ear canal...if you don't feel comfortable doing this then seek the aid of a medical professional.

This is a neat small with all the attachments you need. It really is good for cleaning hearing aid unclogging the tubes and also for putting batteries in and out. Really impressed , hard to lose as it’s all attached. A cool near item .
