I bought this for my husband for our one year wedding anniversary. Was really easy to fill in the information to customize it. The only difficulty was finding the Spotify link. (Most likely user error as I don’t know how to operate Spotify) I picked our wedding song. I picked the white light background. It’s the perfect size and so cute! I didn’t have the issues other people were having. I read some that came scratched. Mine didn’t. It had a protective film on it that I peeled off. (Don’t mind the steaks in the photo. It’s just fingerprints)

The plaque came scuffed even with the film cover on it and it does not play music. Very misleading. I’d also add the wood base is very loose.

8 got this for my husband for Valentine's Day and he absolutely loves it. My son had to download Spotify for us because we are clueless but once we finally got that figured out, everything is great. The plaque has a small chip in one corner and doesn't sit too firmly in the lighted base but other than that, he's happy so I'm happy.
