I've been using Puresport Vitamin D3 + K2 for a few weeks now and am pleased with my experience. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which is a significant advantage over other supplements I've tried. There’s a lot of advice out there now for sun starved Brits to take Vitamin D, particularly in the winter months however the main reason for me for ordering these was as it was recommended by my dentist after a procedure, to help strengthen my bone. I did some research on the NHS website, which is always a very trusted source and the advice was to get vitamin D with added K2 & D3 and a high dose of 4000iu. Anything else is either of little benefit or cost effective. The NHS also strongly recommended buying them from a tested and regulated British Manufacturer as the UK is so rigorous in their testing and regulations of supplements. These vitamins are manufactured in the UK and are Informed Sport certified which means that they have undergone rigorous testing and are at the correct dosage. This product therefore, seems to me to meet all criteria. Really well packaged in a branded cardboard box, the capsules come in a glass container. There are 60 capsules which equates to a two months supply as only one capsule is needed per day. Small in size, the capsule is really easy to swallow with a glass of water. At £25.00 for 60 capsules (42p each), this product is quite pricey but it seems very good quality from a brand that can be trusted.

It's too early to tell if Vit D3 is working but I have confidence in it and it is so needed for the UK winter. I really like so much about this product and it’s environmental commitment too. It comes in a glass jar - glass is the perfect packaging. It preserves the contents' vitamins, taste, and freshness by acting as a natural barrier to potentially harmful bacteria or changes in temperature - and is packaged in a lovely box. For such a premium product, the price is very reasonable.

This takes additional lab testing and certification which is probably the reason that this vitamin D3 + K2 MK7 supplement is more expensive than most. I think for the general population this is not something they need to worry about. The product comes in recyclable packaging and the jar of 60 capsules will last for 2 months at the recommended dose of 1 capsule per day. Each capsule gives 0.1mg of D3 and 0.1mg of K2, these work well together for better absorption but as D3 is a fat soluble vitamin it should be taken with food for best results. The capsules are easy to swallow. Overall I like this product and I like the ethics of the company, so despite the higher price tag I would definitely buy this product again.
