This fit me quite comfortably, and generally was adorable! The texture was a little rough, but I didn't find that to be too much of a bother. In my review, you can see 4 pictures, the first was my dress without the the tutu-petticoat thing (I have no clue what it is based on the title) and thr second was with. It seems to be both great by itself and paired under dresses! It does make some noise when it's touched or when you move, but if little noises from clothing don't bother you, I'd say it's worth it! Conclusion: Good product, makes some noise, odd texture, very pretty, multi-purpose, worth the money.

This tutu skirt it's very pretty. I bought it for my daughter for a convention of cosplay and it a perfect length. I has the perfect amount of ruffle. She look like a doll.

Got it to wear under my princess peach dress for halloween and it was perfect to add some volume! Fit perfectly underneath wasn't too long or too short and you could always cut if wanted to make less layers. This was the perfect product for the price to help complete the outfit.

Much cheaper and less fluffy than the pictures, itchy, no stretch at all, and claims to be "one size fits most," but doesn't even fit a 14. Literally worse than a Spirit Halloween tutu, and that's not an exaggeration, I got this in hopes of replacing that cheap nonsense, and instead stuck with the old garbage because this was worse.

Exactly what I was looking for!! It is sooo soft and very beautiful (almost sexy!!). Looks great under my short dresses and skirts. Love the look and feel. Wish I would have bought one of these sooner. You won't be disappointed!!
