Q: Is it supposed to be able to pass-through wireless charging? Because it only wirelessly charge when the bank is unplugged.

Once you charged 100% of your pb it dose wireless or cable either way without plug in to the wall. Also it has a very lage power to charge multiple devices. I have samsung10s note, it only take 35% of power from p.bank to charge my phone to 100% (my phone had 5% power left)

Q: How long does it hold the battery charge at 100% while not using?

I left mine on a shelf for at least 3 months and when I found it again it still had 100 full charge
