Item would not power up. It was defective. Waiting on replacement. The replacement works great! Glad i gave it a second chance 👍🏼

May need thru tube extension
Works as expected had to purchased a 3in thru tube extension because my thru tube on my 2008 6.6 hp yamaha was a bit short instructions are good along with a YouTube video installation went well good purchase very happy with purchase and seller .

Installing and performance.
Easy to install if you have a little mechanical experience. Otherwise I would not try to install it yourself, however, the product is outstanding, works great. A little hesitation in the response time of the throttle from the remote, but that may be a safety feature. I love it.
