Gengigel First Aid Oral Fluid, 50 ml

I’ve been twice to my dentist in the last 6 weeks with a very sensitive upper tooth which has had root canal done many years ago. I have been in great pain with this and have been using a concoction of Colgate sensitive toothpaste, mixed with some Curaprox gel and Duraphat 5000 fluoride toothpaste, and Following brushing with Gengigel mouth rinse and Gengigel gel. I was still in considerable discomfort and pain. Tried this Gengigel First Aid and almost immediately my tooth and gum settled down. I’ve used it three times today after water jetting my teeth and the difference is amazing. I can eat and drink with hardly any sensitivity. I would give a tip on the way I use this. My husband thinks I’m mad, but instead of the screw cap that comes with the bottle, I attach a flip top from a Fairy Liquid bottle.(see phot). It fits perfectly and means you can gently squeeze a small amount of the liquid onto your finger and gently apply to the problem spot. It adheres well but don’t eat or drink for 30 minutes after applying. Of course if you need a complete mouth treatment, use in the conventional mouthwash way and rinse round the mouth. As the bottle is small and expensive, my method only uses in the problem area. All Gengigel products are excellent, but this First Aid takes the biscuit when it comes to rapid pain relief. You won’t be disappointed.

I've recently had a six piece bridge done, basically all the front teeth, I've had to have two teeth pulled and the dentist was taking ages on one of them and really did make a mess of it. So I was in agony for quite a few days with a bad toothache that kept me up at night a couple of times, I purchased this not really expecting much but almost as soon as first swiling the rather thick syrupy liquid about my mouth felt better,the bad empty tooth socket tingled for about 15 mins afterwards but after that no toothache. I continued usuing it for a few days afterwards and the hole from the missing tooth under my bridge is healing nicely, this is an amazing product, it might not always work for some, but it did for me and was well worth the expense .

The item seems to work well.i brought it to use after a dental Implant and I do think it's helped with healing.compared to other genigel products it seems to work the most

I had a horrible 24 hours post extraction with constant bleeding and the most horrendous taste in my mouth. I couldn't sleep because it was so horrid. First use of this stuff and it was like it had deep cleaned whatever was causing the foul taste and smell without damaging the protective blood clot. Pain was instantly relieved. The first time I used it as mouth rinse following the directions but after that I put a washing up liquid on the top of the bottle, squeezed a few drops on to my (very clean) finger and dabbed around the extraction site. I did this twice a day. Awesome stuff!

Seemed to have little effect for me. Went through the whole bottle so gave it a good chance.

Really good product I had a deep wisdom tooth taken out I was in lots of pain after the 4 day had stiches too had lots of paracetamol but wasn’t helping had pain in my ear and jaw too after using this twice had no pain at all the tastes its a little weird but had worse tasting medicine, and was a little thick for mouthwash but I got to the point I didn’t care as long as it took the pain away which it did and healed quickly too I purchased 2 as only 10 applications in each one so used till the hole in my gum shrank and stiches desolved great product

Been using the gel version for my gum disease and it has been soothing my gums really well. So I bought this the other week as I knew I was having a wisdoms tooth out. Tonight the pain was so bad after having it removed I gently placed the liquid over the hole and left it there for a few minutes. The pain I was in was a 10/10 and now it is a 2/10 and feel now that I can sleep. Amazing stuff and re people need to know about this product. Absolutely amazing and has done exactly what it said it would do. So happy I had to review due to how effective it has been.

Used this a few times when having sore gums. It is brilliant and clears any inflammation quickly.
