Take your time getting used to it.
I've used a u-shaped toothbrush of years. I've always known there was a better/quicker/more effective way to brush my teeth. The bristles take a little time for your gums to get used too! I started slowly only moving the brush a little bit. After a couple of weeks or more, I was able to move the brush as stated in the directions. I do 2 full rotations. The plack is minimal and my checkups have been great!

Fits any brand u-shaped brush head.
The Magentak is compatible with many other brands, I just purchased and a new Brush Head and these extra brushes but I didn't need it them they fit my old one. I live close to both retailers that carry these but the price from Amazon is close to half what they wanted.

Replacement Head for U-Shaped sonic toothbrush
Good! Second time I’ve bought replacement heads. The original head was the best. This is a good second choice as I haven’t been able to find the exact replacement head. The replacement head I bought previously wasn’t as good.

much too small for an adult mouth, only reach the tops of the teeth
child size, NOT for adult size mouth, "brush" action fails to reach the margins (margins are the area between tooth and gum) which is where plaque forms.. basically you want to brush the bacteria from the surface of the tooth and gums (and tongue, under tongue and roof of mouth if you are smart) which this will not reach.. need to find a size large to properly clean teeth.. be true to your teeth or they will be false to you and this tiny U shape implement will not do it for any but a 5 year old

Teeth not as clean as with an electric brush. Better than manual brush, probably.

Great for tremors!
Perfect my husband bought this because he’s disabled and he has tremors in his hands. This is working perfectly for him. He says he even loves the timer. The rest of the replacements are doing really really well and we’re very excited about it. Gold star.🌟
