I love this splitter. You can line up over 10 small pills and cut them all together.

Excellent pill cutter. I have very small pills that I have to give a quarter of each day to my cat. I did not think anything could possibly cut these into four but sure enough this gets the job done. Make sure you set your pill up at the edge closest to the opening. I use one solid hammer-like push and it cuts through perfectly. One small complaint would be the raised edges where the pills should go into the storage compartment - the raised edge prevents the pill pieces from spilling over

This multiple-pill cutter makes me wish it had been around earlier. My old pill cutter could only handle one tablet at a time, and pills often got stuck inside. Cuts clean for variety sized pills

I have tried a sharp knife and "v insert" cutters... and nothing was cutting my blood pressure pills in half... it was just a mess. This cutter isn't perfect 100% of the time (some pills get crushed)... but overall it does the best job of anything I've tried. I'm weening off of my blood pressure pills and my doctor wants me to cut them as accurately as possible as I go to ½ pill per day... and this splitter is really awesome. The compartment holds and cuts up to 5 of my little pills at once, which I appreciate... seems durable, and fits in the drawer well. It was a good value for the price!
