Delicious cheese with great texture. The edges are gooey (perhaps the first first 5mm) but the centre is more firm, I find it to be a nice variety.

Too gooey for me. Bought it to make toasties/sandwhiches but the gooeyness was a bit much. Try something else if you need something a bit more solid.
