Why does the product not respond when the battery is fully charged?

This is a normal safety feature. When the push rod reaches the end, it shuts off automatically. Just pull the rod fully back, insert the cartridge, and it will work properly.

Why does the rod retract after you stop pulling the trigger?

This is our anti-drip design. The push rod automatically retracts once you release the trigger, which effectively reduces glue waste and prevents unwanted dripping.

Is it difficult to operate?

Any usage tips or recommendations?

Please cut the nozzle at a slanted angle of at least 4mm. In cold winter weather, the sealant becomes thicker and harder to dispense. If working outdoors in low temperatures, warm the sealant cartridge in hot water before use for smoother flow.
