I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 for a while now, and honestly, I’m really impressed with this laptop. From the moment I unboxed it, you can tell it’s a premium device — it’s slim, elegant, and super lightweight, perfect to carry anywhere. The AMOLED 2X display is absolutely stunning. The colors are vivid, the contrast is beautiful, and the brightness holds up even in bright environments. Being able to flip the screen all the way around and use it as a tablet makes it incredibly versatile for both work and entertainment. The S Pen works perfectly — I use it a lot for taking notes and light editing, and the response is smooth and accurate. Performance-wise, this laptop is super fast. It boots up in seconds, apps open instantly, and I can multitask with no lag at all. The battery life has also been great — it easily lasts me most of the day, and the fast charging is definitely a big plus. The sound quality is excellent too, thanks to the AKG speakers with Dolby Atmos, and the connectivity options are solid with Thunderbolt, HDMI, and USB-C ports. I also love how well it syncs with my Samsung phone — the integration between devices makes everything a lot easier. Overall, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is a powerful, stylish, and very versatile laptop. I love this laptop! This was an upgrade from an older Galaxy Book for me and I am so glad I did it! The screen is so vivid. It feels large, but isn't and it is customizable and so easy to get used to. It is also super quick and it was absolutely the easiest to switch all of my files over from my old laptop.

Oh man I could say tons of great things about this computer, but here’s just a couple: the battery life is insane, so so durable, super lightweight, nice display, touch sensitivity is great, too! So yeah get your hands on one of these!!

I am in love. I've had too much experience with laptops before, but the technology appears to be here now. This thing has an excellent display, high-speed wifi, bluetooth, a touch-screen and a stylus and a touchpad (and I also use a wireless mouse with it), and, umm... it's a big, thin, heavy slab of a thing. When I want it off, I just close the lid, and it'll resume again where I left off when I open it back up. The full keyboard is quite acceptable, although the feel is a bit soft and rubbery. I'm not bothering to use my wireless keyboard with it. This little darling is zippy enough and capable enough that I decided to use it for my main computer. It's even pretty good at gaming, although that will eat through your battery time in nothing flat. Keep it plugged in for that.

I had this laptop for close to a month, and it was the worst laptop I ever owned. I used to trust Samsung in making quality products, but wow, this was definitely not it, and probably the reason why they didn't release a Book 6 360 because of all its problems. In a nutshell: cheap keyboard, fragile screen that can crack without dropping, EXTREMELY hot temps on the tiniest of loads, not shutting off properly, monitor dead on bootup, and constant freezing. I'm sure I'm missing a few other things, but it's been a minute since I've had this junk. But yeah, it was a mess, and I'm glad I returned it before it was too late. PS: This junk laptop used to have a 'frequently returned' tag to it, and Amazon removed it.

So far, a great computer. Great screen and versatility. Touch pad is great, but no haptic feedback. Keyboard is responsive and feels good. Half the price of my former Mac and better features. I was surprised to find that the Samsung ecosystem is on par with Apple, so won't be going back to the Apple ecosystem anytime soon!

Everything with the laptop is perfect! Only the fingerprint 🫆 sensor has some issues and only works 70% of the time! Also the Galaxy experience needs to be finetuned! I had a really hard experience in connecting my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro!
