One tea spoon is enough per cup
I used two teaspoons and brewed it for 10 minutes and was on the toilet for most of the day. it really clears out your colon so be careful. I will only use 1 teaspoon from now on. Very happy with this produuct.

Not sure if it is the real deal...
Got the herbs yesterday and brewed a tea with them. Didnโt work for bowel movements as I expected for me, but my mom said it worked for her. Not sure if I havenโt taken enough as there are no instructions on how to use them. Will need more tine to see if it makes a difference. Very bitter also, but with all that is good for you sometimes not always tastes the best!

Very good product
I will say I love this product. As a safe vegetable laxative, it is excellent without fail.
