Indeed, the screen resolution is constrained by the hardware specifications of the original car screen, therefore our product is unable to directly enhance the screen resolution.

Screen offset is usually due to a mismatch between the vehicle's system resolution and the product's default resolution, go to AUTO AC Setting-Car Setting-Resolution . The actual resolution of the car screen select the appropriate option to adjust.

Our product is currently only compatible with the Touch 2 and Entune 2.0 systems. Before purchasing, please ensure that your vehicle is equipped with one of these systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Will the connection be intermittent?

May be affected by antenna location and signal interference. Please check the antenna location (avoid obstacles and metal objects), make sure there is no interference from nearby wireless devices, and try re-pairing or rebooting the device.
