I am only 135 lbs and am a beginner to boxing.The bad thing is that this bag did not come with mounting hardware and I had to pay $15 for a mount and bracket. Plus the cost of a piece of 2 x 4 and 6 long bolts and washers (To attach the mount to two roof joists.The way I installed it is the safest way. Dont try to attach it to only one joist. Plenty of videos on YouTube to show you how.I am happy with this bag. It's very convenient to be able to fill it up with water. Other bags you need to fill with old clothes or sand and it costs money and time to find that.The water filling is nice and soft on your knuckles. You can hit it without gloves if you wish (but not at full power).First I filled it 60% with water but the bag was too lightweight and swung around too much. Now in the video I have it filled 80% with water.I emailed the manufacturer and he said you can fill it 98% with water as the maximum. That's probably what you need to do if you want it to weigh over 100lbs.I will probably add more water to mine. I haven't tried kicking it yet but if I am going to start to kick it than I definitely need to add more water or else it's gonna swing too much.

I loved this bag the moment I threw my first few punches after I filled it with water then air. But then the next day doing my cardio on it and started really punching it hard my straps broke lol. Could've been the way I had it hanging but I was heartbroken 💔 Great item would recommend.

Quality:The bag is nice and works great. Unfortunately the straps on the top broke the first month.

The bag itself is nice the problem is the straps are not strong enough to hold the bag once you start using it ... At best u may get two uses out of the straps if you are not going super hard. I like the concept of the bag and its a more realistic bag than the ones that feel like concrete because all the sand sits at the bottom but again none of this matters if the bag falls off the hooks because the straps broke....

I have boxing training but to hit this at 145 pounds it fall down from the clip and is broken is insane afyer just 2 training sessions.

I purchased this water bag to improve our fitness. It was easy to fill and very easy to hang. The straps on the first one we received snapped after one 1 use but after contacting the seller it was replaced right away. It is definitely easier on your wrist then a the typical sand bag.

After first session, hanging straps started shredding. Only filled half water, half air. Used duct tape. Will see how it holds.
