Does this scope come with a carrying case/bag?

It comes with a cover which acts as protection in transit (you can leave it on all the time), including clip-on covers for the lens (which has it's own rubber gasket cover) and the eyepiece. This is not a carrying case, nor do I think it would support a carry strap clipped to it for very long. The cover is fine to put the scope in a backpack or a suitcase.

China ...It says it right on the box and I confirmed it by calling Vortex.

Anyone digiscoped your own shots over 500 yds? If so what is a realistic range considering ideal conditions and good vision? Thanks.

My range only goes up to 300 yds no problem at that distance can’t say for 500 yds
