These tablets are easy enough to swallow thanks to their size and shape. The benefits of only taking 2 tablets a day can be seen with long-term use.

The recyclable bottle contains 60 capsules, i.e. a month’s supply, and both the lid and opening are reassuringly sealed for protection. The best before date is well over a year ahead. Price wise these are on a par with similar products. I’m happy to recommend.
