Excellent Quality and Great Resistance
I’m very happy with these ROSYQUARZ glute bands. The material is strong, durable, and doesn’t roll or slip during workouts. They provide excellent resistance for glute and leg exercises, making them perfect for both home workouts and the gym. They are also comfortable on the skin and easy to carry anywhere. Nice item
These are cool, kinda comfy but they do tend to slide a bit, so gotta occasionally adjust it.

Love these!
So far these are great, they don’t slip, easy to move around in, and they fit my thighs which are honestly quite large… around 24” where these sit. These were also cheap in comparison to others I looked at but they’re super sturdy and the quality is nice so far. Since getting these I’ve used them every other day and have already noticed quite a difference.
