My headset is already connected to my phone, how can I connect it to my computer?

Without Dongle: Press the power key 3 times → Connect 'P200b Pro' via PC Bluetooth (Stereo=Music, AG Audio=Calls). With Dongle: Turn off the headset, hold the power key 5s → Plug dongle, hold its button 5s until its light flashes red and blue → Done

Why can’t others hear me/no noise reduction on calls with properly connected OLEAP P200b Pro?

Because the Mic was not properly connected to the device. 1️.For Phones: Select P200b Pro in audio settings when calling. 2.For PC: Plug dongle into USB port. Or choose the Hands-free AG Audio in the Bluetooth Connection Settings without dongle.

Why the other party still can't hear me during a call (headset is connected to 2 devices)?

Only 1 device can occupy the Microphone of the headset at the same time. You need to end the video or any other audio playback on one of the devices before you can make a call with headset on the other device.

Can OLEAP P200b Pro be used for running?

No, the P200b Pro is a headset designed Specifically for Work. If the headset comes into contact with sweat or water, it can easily damage the earpiece or microphone circuitry, thereby affecting playback and noise reduction performance.
