I would like to get this 6.9 lbs Manjari if you can reassure me that the chocolate I will receive will not past the "best by date. Thank you.

Don't feel too bad. I bought directly from Valrhona, and, on some of it, the best by date was less than 3 weeks away. They reassured me the chocolate would be fine and they were right.
