More expensive than others but worth it
There are only two brands of mustard that I buy because of flavor profile and this is one! This taste like a real mustard with a bite (depending on how much you use). I find that others just taste off for some odd reason. I keep this on hand for the types of “salads” that require a creamy base such as tuna and egg. It’s a must for deviled eggs. Adding a bit to mac and cheese from scratch kicks up the flavor. Remember, there’s a bite to this stuff, mixing a bunch of mustard powder with just a bit of water or vinegar is NOT going to give you standard yellow mustard. You’ll have something closer to Chinese hot mustard.
