Excellent machine. Smooth motion. It allows me to go heavier on the shoulder press in a safe manner. It feels much more secure/ergonomic to me than getting heavy dumbbells into position for the sitting or standing dumbbell press. The standing press also put more pressure on my back when lifting heavy above my head, which I avoid with this machine. It feels great to use. Also it feels better than doing barbell military press for me. I like the variations (sitting forwards or backwards on the seat using the different handles to hit the muscles a little differently) and I like the lateral raise functionality as well. Glad I made the space in my home gym (this machine has quite a small footprint) and got this machine. I would highly recommend this sturdy shoulder press and lateral raise machine if you're interested 👍

Boulder shoulders here I come!!!!Good quality, easy to build and most importantly it works

This machine is just what I've been looking for. I had been using dumbbells for shoulder presses for years but found it hard to lift both arms evenly with a heavier load. This machine solved the problem and now my lifts are clean and even. The lateral raise component also works well.It seems to be well built and sturdy. The assembly instructions are pretty easy to follow. It took me about two hours to put together and as my wife will tell you from some of my home improvement disasters, I'm not handy.

The shoulder press portion is good but the fly portion does not adjust enough to really allow the exercise to work.

It was easy to assemble, and it is stable, space saving and the exercises are easy to execute. A good purchase it's one of my most used machines

The assembly will be 3-5 hours but worth the results. This is a solid machine that will add to your choices to build shoulders.
