I can no longer find these at my local pharmacy, and I really try to get my daily fiber..... But hey I love benefiber, and this makes it easy to take it on the go. Plus, it's discreet. I don't want people to think I'm old pulling out a bottle of benefiber at work. These stick packs are small and extra convenient. The pre-measured packs are tasteless, and fit my busy life. I am so happy to have the convenience of the stick packs back.

We found this very easy to use while traveling for 30 days. The packets are easy to pour into a water bottle or cup.

This is a quick and easy way to get your morning fiber. The individually packed fiber packs are perfect to fit in a purse, gym bag or even a computer bag. The powdered fiber mixes well with a flavored water drink, and I do not recommend drinking it with just water... unless you enjoy drinking chalk :) This is a great weight loss aid!

Finally! A fiber supplement I can get behind. I have tried other "clear" options in large packages and other individual serving flavored options and this...this...THIS gets it right. A major problem, with the light powder unflavored fiber supplements at least, is that the container has a limited shelf life. Once you open the container, it will invariably harden and become unusable. Plus, even adding the supplement to a hot food or beverage can be tricky as the steam will cause the powder to clump. With these single stick packs, those problems are gone! Rip open a single serve packet and add it to water, coffee, food, etc. The rest of the servings remain ready to use. Is it cheap? No but then, individual serving packages tend to be a bit higher in price. Worth it to me in the lack of waste from the issues mentioned above. Plus, now you can throw a couple in your office bag or vacation luggage for that just-in-case need of additional fiber. My only problem with these is that I can not find them locally. Thankfully with Amazon, they are only a couple of days shipping away!

We purchase Benefiber in a large container for use at home but the stick packs are so handy for traveling. My husband puts them in his shirt pocket before we go to a restaurant and we put them in coffee or actually any drink, hot or cold. They don't take up much space or weigh much (a big plus when traveling anywhere). I have not been able to find them as readily as I used to at Wal-Mart or Target, so when I found them at Amazon, I quickly purchased some.
