Takes the inflamation down a notch. Helpfully for my knees. Lessened swelling in feet. On my hip surgery recovered soothe muscles and bone. I use it between magnesium soaking.

Miracle Pain Reliever for Arthritic Knees
I've known about DMSO for 45 years and, although I understand how the system works, I was still afraid to try it. I put two drops of this on my arthritic knees and expected to do so for 20 or so days before I hoped to notice improvement. Literally 5 minutes later I got up and realized I was walking like a normal person instead of the painful limping which had become my normal. This is a miracle beyond my wildest expectations. Pain Relief at Last!
