BCAA Energy Review: I've been using this for a few years now whenever I lift. I've only tried the Blue Raz flavor and it tastes great! Really like the energy boost during workouts but especially like how my muscles recover by the next day. Sometimes it feels like I didn't even lift the previous day. Definitely recommend. Review: I started using it with my workout and gives me great energy to make it through. Now, I also use it whenever I am just dragging. I have also never gotten sore after a workout when I drink this and without I do.

I've been using this for a few years now whenever I lift. I've only tried the Blue Raz flavor and it tastes great! We’ve used this stuff for post work out for a while. It’s amazing how much it helps with sore muscles and energy. Definitely recommend. Blue Raz is my favorite - literally tastes like blue kool-aide.
