I'm about the same weight, but shorter. No, it doesn't fit or adjust to fit. I felt like I was trying to wear a woman's thong across my back. Fake leather, looked like garbage. I returned it immediately. Holster pouches do work for my fat ass. I copped me a sling pack to carry all my little shit when I don't have enough pockets.

Its possible. All of the straps are detachable so you can move them around and change the fit for however you like.
