Finally a pad that works well! These Prevail pads are not gender advertised but come in a pink wrapping for I guess women ,but who cares. I’m a man who had prostate cancer surgery several years ago and have to use these type of pads. I have used many pads that do not work well or are just ok(to short, not sticky or absorbable enough; they leak)but this pad is designed with the pad being easy to use with the easy peeling off of a non-stick paper and outer mesh fabric wrap- it does not tear( it also works well to use it as a disposal wrap).The pad is more the sufficiently long which is generally good; 2” shorter would be ideal.The adhesive has great coverage and sticks very well which helps keep the pad from moving and sagging and it is easy to remove afterward.The design works well to absorb and keep leakage down and moisture away from you and is comfortable without being bulky.And lastly they are reasonable in price. As a user of incontinance products I can say I have tried quite a few brands. Many who claim they absorb quickly and a lot are untruthful. Some of them don’t stick where you place them and move around when you do. Some of them leak like crazy causing you great embarrassment at inopportune moments. We have all been through this at one point in time. This pad is not the savior of the world! But it’s not bad! It sticks pretty much where you place it. Absorbs fairly well; but for gushes nothing will help! We all know that! Life is not fair! And for odor control it is pretty ok for the most part. I asked my sister if I ever smelled bad and she said no. Honest answer! Thank God ! I do not experience any irritation from the inner or outer linings I feel dry when using the product. It is a good length and width, if it were thicker it might be uncomfortable . So yes I would tell a friend about this product!

What a surprise! Although much thinner, Prevail absorbs more than bulky Tena pads.....even for large sudden gushes. The long length is a better fit for me. The design prevents side leaks so much better than Tena or Poise. I was also surprised and happy to learn that the claims about locking odor are truthful too. This is an altogether far superior product.

these are very good - certainly better than Poise. The sticky back strip is very sticky - a little bit of powder fixes that for me. I would recommend these.

In the past few years, the quality has deteriorated. The protection level is low. They are very thin. It does not absorb and hold like this product did a few years ago so I have to use 2..

These are the best fit I've found and a good price. I've had trouble with pads not being long enough, but these are both long and wide enough to protect from leaks and a good thickness to handle most potential leaks from stress, overflow, or urge incontinence. Be sure to read the description and select the right size and absorbency for your needs. I prefer this brand because it has a little ridge around the central area that forces the flow into a high absorbancy area, so the whole pad doesn't get or feel wet. It's not wet to the touch like some pads are because the asorbancy into the depths of the pad away from your body is strong.. I see some people in reviews saying they are too long, but I bought the Prevail Plus Long with Maxazorb that are specifically meant to be long for those who need the length. The same Prevail brand has a regular sizes and different types too if you find these too long, search for those if these are too long for your needs or size. If you have middle of the night problems while asleep or full bladder flow, I'd recommend the full diaper type because they hold the most and won't get pulled to the side like just the pads do... a problem with any brand due to the difference benefits of pads vs. full underpant style with the pad built into the underpants. Prevail makes the underpant style too.

I've tried pretty much every name brand of pad on the market and been dissatisfied with them all for various reasons; too short, didn't absorb well, didn't stick, leaked, etc. I was becoming frustrated and running out of options because nothing is more frustrating than to be halfway to a destination only to have a leak! And carrying a change of clothes isn't always an option. It was with a decided lack of enthusiasm that I chose to try these, hoping that the price didn't indicate that these, too, would be a disappointment. These were delivered very promptly and, to make things even better, they were enclosed inside an unmarked box! That was the first point in their favor, I appreciate the discretion! Upon opening them, I was concerned by how thin they seemed and ready to consider them a lost cause simply because of that. But I bit the bullet and gave one a try. The second point in their favor is how well they stick! No shifting or sliding or bunching when pulling my pants up, the pad stayed where I wanted it to stay. The adhesion was reassuring that the pad would at least stay put as I walked, sat, played with the dogs, bent over to get clothes from the dryer and just carried out my regular day. When I took a restroom break, I was pleased that indeed, the pad was right where I need it to be still, it hadn't budged! But the final point in their favor came from how absorbent these pads are! From small, light leaks to an occasional sudden surge, these pads have handled everything and kept me so much drier than any of the brands I'd ever purchased from a store! As a result, I'm more confident and willing to go out now and, because I'm not using as many per day as I had been, these pads are saving me money as well! I pay almost the same price as the name brand pad I'd been using but get twice as many and don't use as many! That's a major plus! Long story short, don't let the thin size fool you, these pads stay put and are very absorbent! They arrive quickly and discreetly and are a great value also so I confidently give them 5 stars!

These incontinence/bladder leaks pads work very well. They are longer and much wider than the brands I used to buy in the past. They are also super absorbent. I can finally go out without worrying about leaks. I highly recommend this product.
