Worst Product
Very bad customer service and a disappointing product experience, even though it is from Amazon Basics. I expected better quality and proper support from such a well-known brand, but the product did not meet expectations at all. The quality was poor, and when I tried to contact customer support, there was no proper response or helpful solution. The brand reputation does not match the actual experience. I would not recommend buying Amazon Basics products if you expect reliable quality and after-sales support. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest avoiding Amazon Basics products.

It is fast charging and powerful adapter. It has anti rust pins so that's why it's fire resistant , short circuit and voltage protected.

Its flimsy
Its flimsy, got dropped from hand, one of its plug just broke, it wasnt working. I tried to open it, it wasnt simple, I had to break it, its circuit borke, now its completely useless
