I have been suffering from lichen Planus rashes on my feet for decades. When I have an outbreak, the itch is so bad after showering that I could tear my skin off. I purchased this product because the coolness eases the itch. They came with a large plastic bag to store in freezer (away from food of course). They have been a game changer. I wear them for 15 min and the itching stops. These would also be great for feet injury. They stay frozen for a long time and do not get moist at all.

I had a much better experience once I figured out the best way to freeze it! On the first day, I kept the double wrapper on, but it didn't get cold enough and only lasted about 10 minutes. However, on the second day, I froze it without the extra plastic wrapper—what a difference! It got so cold it almost gave me a cramp, and the chill lasted for an incredibly long time. It’s a great, convenient product; just be careful because it gets seriously cold!

In a man with 8.5-9 foot size and still have room. They fit really well, easy to clean, very well made. The price is perfect. They actually get so cold I have to sometimes wear socks. They come with a food-safe bag, easy to use. Put them in the freezer, take them out when you need them. You can also heat them up too. They mold very well too.
