I like this touchless automatic soap dispenser. It has an adjustable soap dispensing feature with 16 settings making precise quantity possible. The soap is easy to add and the 3 x AA batteries are easy to change in the top of the unit. You can visually see the amount of soap you have remaining. Some report that it doesn’t last long but I’m hoping it will last many years like my last unit.

Update 5/6/26: Sellers reached out and sent a new one due to the old one not working. Great customer service and great product! Original review was 4 stars, but now its 3. This item stopped working one day. I changed the batteries multiple times, but it has not worked again. It started dispensing less and less dish soap until one day it didnt dispense any at all. I even tried to see if I accidentally switched the switch to dispense less. It hasn't turned on since and the inside is somehow rusted? Really enjoyed this product, but it will rust and die even if you put new batteries. Great while it lasted.

I’m SO impressed by this hand soap pump!! Looks great with my home. Medium- large size container for more soap, than others I looked at. Operated by AA batteries, which I think is the best option, rather than recharging by cord, since this item is around water, gets wet at times, and holds liquid. The turn knob is EZ to adjust the volume of soap for each dispense. On/ off button on top, handy when refilling or moving it to another location. And great price at $14.99, as compared to others $20.-$30. Range. I got 2 for $30.

I purchased this automatic soap dispenser on May 3, and by August 1 it had already failed. For the first couple of months, it actually worked really well. The sensor was responsive, dispensing was consistent, and I was happy with the purchase. The problem is that moisture somehow made its way into the battery compartment and the metal battery contact (terminal) completely rusted/corroded. Once that happened, the dispenser stopped working entirely. This wasn’t due to dead batteries. The internal metal contact that completes the electrical connection became so corroded that the unit is no longer usable. For a product that’s designed to live next to a sink where moisture is expected, I would have expected better sealing around the battery compartment or corrosion-resistant battery terminals. At this price point, it seemed like a good value initially, but lasting only about two months doesn’t make it a good long-term purchase. Unfortunately, the issue didn’t appear until I was outside the return window. Suggestions for the seller: * Use stainless steel or better corrosion-resistant battery contacts. * Improve the waterproof seal around the battery compartment. * Consider extending warranty support for failures like this that occur shortly after the return period. I wanted to like this product because it performed well while it worked, but durability is just as important as performance. If these issues are addressed, I’d be willing to give it another try. As it stands, I can’t recommend it based on the value for the money.

Ordered this yesterday and it came this morning. Nice and timely delivery! It was exactly what I expected and looks like the picture. Easy to load batteries into, pour soap into, turn on and dispense. The censor works well too. This is my first touchless soap dispenser. I chose this one due to its inexpensive price. I am using this with a thicker, non-foaming, hand soap. (Dial Liquid Hand Soap - Spring Water). The liquid adjustment knob on the top that dictates how much or how little soap to dispense wasn't immediately intuitive. I had to check the instructions to know which direction meant more, and which meant less but the instruction pamphlet DID give clear guidance. It isn't a HUGE difference between less and more settings. Its a little subtle, but still noticeable and to my liking. The censor is pretty sensitive. I went to pick the dispenser up from the bottom and it triggered the soap so your hand doesn't have to be right under the censor, a 2-4 inches under it still triggers it so my advice to you is to turn it off first before moving it around your bathroom or kitchen. It took about 10-12 "dry" dispenses before the first amount of soap came out so don't mistake that as it not working! The instructions also did point out that this may happen after filling, and re-filling, to get all the air out of the system and see soap get dispensed. The instructions said there was an on-board rechargeable battery and USB Port - this model DOES NOT have that, so it was a bit confusing to see that in the instruction pamphlet. The overall piece is made of pretty thin plastic and is pretty lightweight. It doesn't "feel" like it would be very durable if dropped or knocked off the counter onto a hard floor. I don't have it mounted but I imagine mounting it would reduce the likelihood of it falling and breaking. It does come with a mount and screws. I do worry about how water resistant/proof the electronic components are in this thing. The power button and adjustment knob are on the top and the batteries are near the top as well so that at least helps protect them from wet counter tops but not from wet drippy hands or falling into a sink with water in it. I will be keeping an eye on that over time and may consider some sort of sticky rubber or Velcro to adhere to the bottom of this dispenser to keep it from sliding or getting tipped over (it did not come with any non-slip material to stick to the bottom, but that would be nice if it did if any vendors/manufacturers for this product happen to read this!)

I love the clean, minimalist look of this automatic soap dispenser. The adjustable dispensing amount is really helpful because you can choose exactly how much soap comes out. It’s simple, easy to use, and looks great on my counter.

Performance The sensor responds quickly and consistently, and I’ve had no reliability issues during the year I’ve owned it. It has worked every day without leaks or false activations, and the adjustable soap volume helps prevent using more soap than necessary. Who should buy this? I recommend this to anyone who wants a more hygienic kitchen or bathroom, especially families with children or anyone who cooks frequently. It’s a simple upgrade that helps keep the dispenser cleaner while reducing the need to touch it with dirty hands. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. The long battery life, reliable performance, adjustable dispensing, and touch-free convenience make it well worth the money. Nobody would say that a soap dispenser is life-changing but hear me out. I bought this to replace the disposable plastic pump dispensers because I have a nonverbal autistic child who likes to pump soap into his hands and spread it EVERYWHERE--Sink, mirror, face, hair, and has even been known to taste it. Twisting those pump dispensers to "lock" them is a joke. Since I purchased this dispenser, there has not been a single instance where I've had to clean a sticky, soapy mess. This dispenser allows you to determine how much or how little you want to dispense. It is touch-less so no dirty hands on the dispenser. It dispenses every single time without hesitation, so the motion sensor works great. My FAVORITE feature is that it powers off!! I think this dispenser looks great and it feels like a decent quality. Considering another for our second bathroom.
