Quality concern
The clock gets slow overtime, although warranty is mentioned on the machine but Amazon couldnโt suggest how to get that support. The one o am using is not even a month old and there is noise from the machine, sometimes the clock gets stuck and o have to manually reset the time

Damaged product
Clock gear box (which has the battery and run Hand, minute and second) is loose and hanging. It seems seller sent a damaged product. If minute hand is working hour hand will stop working and if both are working second hand will stop.

Exactly what I hoped for
Item was very well packaged. Found my cat sleeping on it when I got home. No damage. It came a few days later than expected but received a credit for shipping. Clock looks great where I wanted it and even Poncho seems to approve ๐
