Battery consistently held a charge (after being disconnected from a power source) for about three week. Now it’s completely drained and the computer must again be plugged in to maintain power. Garbage. Don’t buy.

The batteries worked as advertised, the one good thing about the batteries is this, my laptop is n Dell XPS 17 inch L701X model. It requires a lot of energy to run and it needs a lot of it just to power it up. These batteries worked without a hitch.

Over time, I've purchased several of these batteries from other vendors with different levels of satisfaction. Usually, the ability of the battery to sustain a charge over and over again isn't good at all. After a month or so, the charge begins to last shorter and shorter amounts of time. Very frustrating. However, this Caen model seems to last longer and keep a charge much longer than the others I've tried. Good product and fast delivery deserves 5 stars. I would recommend this battery to my friends without reservation.

My original Dell battery died and since my XPS is quite old I really didn't fancy spending $90 for a genuine Dell replacement. This battery fits and works (to a point) but battery life is not good, This doesn't unduly bother me since I seldom need to run on battery power. I would say I only get around 2 hrs on a full charge, certainly not enough to watch a movie. That being said, the battery is worth the price, just don't expect too much!

The shipping was free and came quickly. I charged the battery and now I get at least 4-5 hours of use time without being plugged in. My DELL laptop is old but I stilp love it (best sound and big screen size) so this battery gave it new convenient portable life. Than you!

The battery just fitted perfectly in my Dell XPS L501X, it charges without problems and keeps the charge over 2:30 hours with average use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am not sure if the battery can hold the charge. I have been using it for few days now. As soon as I disconnect the laptop the battery seems to be empty. Never buy from this seller.
