It worked great while it lasted… By that I mean I charged it before bed and when I woke up this morning it literally quit vibrating. The lights still work but it’s basically like the motor gave up living. Now I will say the silicone outside is made amazing and feels good in certain sensitive areas. Just wish it would have lasted longer that a month and 12 days.

Definitely start on the lowest setting and work your way up! I've noticed is the battery life. It does last quite a bit longer per session than advertised. I haven't timed it precisely — and I know it depends on what setting you are using. That said, it still lasts long enough for a full session, at least for our needs. Overall, I'd still give it 5 out of 5, especially for the price we paid ($46.99). Sure, more expensive models might offer longer battery life or a more refined mechanism, but this one definitely does the job for us.
