Wont even play: stuck on loading screen "searching for server" indefinitely

It looks great but then after 1/3 of the tutorial it says it can't connect to the server and crashes then remains at the loading screen indefinitely. the only way to maintain gameplay is to not complete the first instance of tutorial. Very disappointed I have contacted Ubisoft to no avail.

Cool game, quick delivery

Game is cool. I wish the online gameplay was a little more smooth. I have a great internet connection but the Ubisoft server seems to timeout a lot. Service from the establishment I purchased the game from was really good.
